Beaconly

Terms of Service

Last updated June 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of Beaconly ("Beaconly", "we", "us") and our website, free scan, and paid services. By using the site or purchasing a report, you agree to them.

What we provide

Beaconly audits how websites appear to search engines and AI assistants and produces reports with prioritized recommendations. The free scan checks public, homepage-level technical signals. The paid AI Visibility Report includes a deeper crawl and live testing against AI assistants, delivered by email.

No guarantee of results

No tool or service can guarantee placement in AI-generated answers. AI assistants are probabilistic systems with no equivalent of a paid search ranking. Our live testing measures language models and their connected search tools as configured at the time of testing, not the consumer-facing apps themselves, and results can vary by user context, session, and configuration. We identify and improve the signals that influence AI visibility; we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Payment

Paid services are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in USD. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may only scan websites you own or are authorized to assess. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law or third-party right.

Your report

Once paid for, the report we deliver is yours to use for your business. The underlying methodology, software, and templates remain ours.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beaconly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Questions? Email hello@beaconly.xyz.
